Some leaders value personal development, some don’t. 

The task was to change the views of the reluctant leaders.

So we invited some of the top brass (not the reluctant ones) to speak to us on leadership but added a couple of twists along the way.

By twists I mean ‘risks’ as we didn’t have a clue how the leaders would react to the surprise interviewers and unexpected feedback we’d lined up.

And apart from a very small trusted team, we somehow managed to keep the whole thing under wraps until it was unveiled.

Did it work?

The video recorded the highest number of internal views and reactions in Sage history. The powers that be made the film public for PR purposes and many leaders within the 14,000 strong global organisation adopted the ‘risky methods’ to inspire their teams.
